  • Before you leave for Cock & Bowl, give us a call and we'll let you know if there is a wait.
  • If there happens to be a wait, we’ll add your name to the list just like you were here in person.
  • When you arrive, check in with the host/hostess. THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION, so you may still experience a wait once you arrive at the restaurant.
  • We can provide you with a list of shops in Occoquan to enjoy while you are waiting for your seats.
  • We have no bar or indoor waiting area at the bistrot.
  • We will call you as your table becomes available.
Larger Parties (9 or more)
  • Advance notice is requested for large parties, we have very few tables or areas that can accommodate larger parties.
  • Often we will need to seat your larger party at separate tables in close proximity.
  • To request space for a large party, call the bistrot and speak with a manager to see if there is space available on the day & time you desire.

Children
Sorry, but we are not well-equipped for small children. We do not have a children’s menu. We have no highchairs and only a single booster seat. We cannot permit large strollers inside or on the patio, but carseats are okay. We thank you for your understanding.
Pets
Well behaved dogs are permitted on the patio, but we ask that you keep them & their leashes out of the way of our servers. We’d hate to trip, and drop any of that delicious beer, although your pooch might not mind.

 About Us 

You don’t have to brave the airlines to visit an authentic little European neighborhood bistrot. Come down to the quaint riverfront town of Occoquan for a little boutique shopping and finish up with a visit to our cozy bistrot for a fine Belgian beer and a delicious meal.

We are serving up always-fresh, always-homemade European bistrot specialties, a selection of 60+ Belgian and Belgian-style beers we know you’ll love, and a whole lotta coziness and welcome. Are they the freshest Prince Edward Island Blue Mussels and fresh-cut Belgian Frites? You betcha! Is there a beautiful brick outdoor patio? Yep, we’ve got that, too. And we even have the Mom and Pop running the place – that’s us! No fancy frills, just great beer, wine, and good, freshly prepared food. Oh! And we forgot to mention the waffles.
